The Shipper certifies that all cargo descriptions, dimensions, and weights provided via the online intake form are 100% accurate. The Carrier reserves the right to reject any freight that exceeds safe operating limits, vehicle Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings (GVWR), or lift gate capacities.
2. Liability Limits for Loss or Damage

Excluded Perils: The Carrier is not liable for cargo damage caused by improper packing/crating by the Shipper, shifting of unsecured contents within sealed pallets, manufacturing defects, or inherent product fragility.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before utilizing our courier and logistics services. By booking a shipment, signing a service contract, or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Service and Fleet Operations
Vehicle Dispatch: Deliveries are executed using standard cargo vans or 24–26 foot box trucks equipped with lift gates, depending on the service option selected at booking.
Service Availability: On-demand "Hot Shot" services are subject to real-time vehicle and driver availability. Scheduled routes must be confirmed in writing at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Pricing, Mileage Rates, and Invoicing
Rate Estimates: All website-generated pricing or mileage rates ($1.50–$2.25/mile for cargo vans; $2.75–$3.75/mile for box trucks) are base estimates only.
Surcharges and Fees: Final billing may include additions for fuel price fluctuations, detention time (waiting at loading docks past 30 minutes), multi-stop routing, or toll roads.
Payment Terms: Standard on-demand invoices are due upon receipt or before cargo release unless net-billing terms are explicitly established via a signed monthly contract.
3. Monthly Service Agreements & Dedicated Contracts
Volume Commitments: Discounted contract rates require the client to maintain the minimum monthly shipment volume specified in their individual agreement.
Termination: Either party may terminate a monthly recurring service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice, subject to any outstanding contract balances.
4. Cargo Constraints and Liability Limits
Weight and Dimensions: The shipper must accurately declare all cargo dimensions and weights. Misregulated weight descriptions that exceed Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings (GVWR) will result in immediate shipment cancellation and a dry-run fee.
Prohibited Items: We do not transport hazardous materials (unless explicitly certified in writing), illegal contraband, or unapproved medical substances.
Liability Limitations: Our standard cargo insurance limits liability for damaged or lost freight. High-value cargo exceeding standard coverage must be declared prior to dispatch to secure additional coverage.
5. Cancellation and Dry-Run Policies
On-Demand Shipments: Cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a standard cancellation fee.
Dry-Run Fees: If a driver arrives at the designated pickup location and the cargo is unavailable, unready, or unsafe to load, a standard dry-run fee plus accumulated mileage will be billed.
