Volume Commitments: Require a minimum of 3 dedicated days per week or at least 12 predictable invoices per month to offset the lower per-mile profit margin.

Accessorial Fees: Charge flat fees for specialized labor, such as $45.00 for liftgate usage on box truck deliveries, $25.00 for inside delivery/stairs, and $45.00 per hour for detention time if loading or unloading takes longer than 30 minutes.
