  • Mountainous Terrain Surcharge: Adds a $0.15 to $0.25 per mile premium for deliveries routing deep into southern or central WV (e.g., Beckley, Logan, or Williamson) due to steep grades that degrade fuel efficiency and accelerate brake wear.

  • Accessorial Fees: Charge flat fees for specialized labor, such as $45.00 for liftgate usage on box truck deliveries, $25.00 for inside delivery/stairs, and $45.00 per hour for detention time if loading or unloading takes longer than 30 minutes.
